Duck eggs, unsure on day. Help.

We assume mallard as that’s what Donny looks like, and they were all in the same nest

Yes those look like mine do. I pray that all goes well with your hatch. They can usually get out on their own but if you see their little beaks in the air sac and no sign of hatching after a day or two, I would put the little hole in the air sac.

My first time Muscovy Momma duck is sitting on 7 eggs but only two looked promising. She is past due herself by my thoughts but I will let her sit until later on next week as these babies can be unpredictable. lol

Can you post images of the eggs being candled? It's odd to me that they've been incubating 28 days and they were already well into incubation when you put them in there. If I remember correctly?

I’ll try my best to, I’m trying to get them out as little as possible atm x

Just a little update. No more survived just Big Don so he’s off to a new home with other ducks the same age tomorrow. Thanks for all your help and advice over the last month x
