Duck pool

Hi everyone just got a few clam pools and wondering if this is ok for my ducks to get in i made some steps from wood and covered them with some waterproofing cover and do they need steps to get out or can they fly out ?

My ducklings can easily get in and out without steps. Do whatever you think is necessary for your ducks

Okay thanks yeah I'm trying my best to give some water to Play in and food in a bowl away from their pool just trying to keep them from getting in the pond next to my house because ducks have been dying from botulism they are not my ducks btw they are wild ones
