Duckling Leg Injury DIAGNOSIS: Slipped Tendons

We had been thinking we were seeing improvement yesterday morning with a little drop off yesterday afternoon. Here is a video from yesterday afternoon:

As of today, we feel like we are not seeing improvement. The duckling may even seem a little worse. Here is video from just now:

They are two weeks old today, so we are increasing the complex dosage.

That is a possibility. We did see the feeder in the middle.of the broader and had the idea the duckling had gotten her leg stuck. The bow leggedness does seem pronounced though.

Maybe a combination, definitely keep treating for niacin def. You could also use some Epsom salt compresses on the leg.

Here is the video from this morning. An improvement in terms of standing, but the duckling tires quite quickly.

All you can do is what your doing. Are these females? She looks very bright eyed and standing looks a lot better. If this is a combination of injury and niacin def the little one should keep on doing better daily. Just takes time. Such precious littles

We do not know the sexes (yet!).

Love it. You can tell the little one's legs are still not quite as sturdy as they could be but boy has it made progress.
