Duckling struggling to hatch; external yolk sac

Hi, this is a khaki Campbell duckling on day 30 of incubation. I opened the shell yesterday and found the yolk sac still outside the abdomen. Left that in place. She is chirping and moving her limbs, View attachment 3792086more so than yesterday. The yolk sac seems maybe a tiny bit smaller than yesterday. I dipped her in warm water a few times. Should she be left in the incubator until the yolk sac is completely absorbed? Does she have a good chance at survival?

Ok it could just be me, but I have Khaki Campbells too and I am expecting some babies to hatch today or tomorrow. Are they typically that light in color or was that just the flash of a camera? Very beautiful duckling, so sorry it didn't make it. I just hatched a duck a few days ago that also had the same issue and thankfully, as of now, it is doing good, but I don't know if it is a Runner-Khaki Campbell mix or full blood Campbell.
