Dutch or OEGB?

A few months ago I was given a small black hen from a family friend. I thought she was a Dutch bantam, but now I'm not so sure. She lays white eggs but has red earlobes. Here are some pictures of her

Dutchies have white earlobes and blue/slate legs, and that hen's tail set is too high for a Dutchie.

i raised Japanese for years she is definitely a black Japanese hen you are very lucky

her legs ARE pretty darn short.

Not OEGB, I believe black ones have slate legs. Hers don't look slate??
Japanese is a good guess. Or a pet quality Serama.

She won 2nd in something, I think best in her class or something, the man we got her from didn't say
