Dang, I missed this one!! I felt the one we had several years ago though. Kinda neat but scary at the same time. And there is a fault that runs through Ga. Anyone know what time it actually hit? Wonder what I was doing.
 
Don't worry till they start hitting 6 or better. Even 4's aren't hard enough to knock glasses out of the cabinet. Now the 7.0 we had a bit back, that was unsettling.

We felt a little something here, but since we have a rock quarry close by I didn't think much of it... then I remembered that they never blast on the weekends.
 
I google earthed the location.

Heavily forested mountain area, (elevation 2600 ft) in an area inbetween- Wehuty and Johnsonville and between Postell and Ducktown.

In NC but not far from the, TN border and just north of the GA border.

Those i could not get used to! My hubby is from San Diego and is like....oh they are cool~ say what? The one in 89 he was at bear mnt, i believe~ he said the fault opened and they couldn't get out of the resort.
