EE and OE coloring

Any ideas what color my OE and EE chicks are? They are 3 weeks old. And i think they are all pullets... at least i hope they are.

So EEs and OEs don't particularly have "colors" because they are mixed breeds. They'll probably be a variety of colors and patterns. However, I believe your OE may a cuckoo marans mix so maybe you'll get some barring. I had an OE that looked similar when he was younger. He turned out to be a very handsome cockerel. I couldn't tell his gender until he was much older as he was a late bloomer.

It's too early to tell gender at this age but post updated pics in a few weeks once they start feathering out.

Thank you. I have been trying to understand the whole coloring thing. But it makes sense that you cant really tell because they are mutts.

Yes! To me, it's part of the fun with the Eggers. For example, here are two of my EEs as chicks and what they look now..they're about 6 months old in the photo. I'm still waiting for eggs..

I also have two belgian d'uccles. They are sooo cute. But i pretty much know what they will look like when they are bigger.
