Egg bound, prolapsed vent, and yellow diarrhea (graphic photo)

Do you provide your hen with oyster shells? You should give her a tums while you wait for tomorrow to come..
Yes they have oyster shells and we also throw egg shells into the food scrap bucket. I can give her a tums tonight. How do I give it to her? Crush it and mix with water? I don't have any supplies for tube feeding

If it's large, break in half, & pop each one in her beak one at a time. She'll swallow it.
 
I just went to close up the coop and checked on her... Her abdomen is swollen and feeling soft and squishy. Would that be considered normal and part of the healing process after being egg bound or will this need treatment (ascites)? Should I give it a day and see if it gets better?
