I seriously doubt there is such a thing.
Plus I doubt that antibiotics are organic, so what's the point.
....and you need the gel type food coloring not the liquid type.

I used liquid food coloring: turn the hen upside down, drip a bit in her vent. Mine was the kind that comes in a little pack of 4 colors at the grocery store, with each color being in a tiny plastic bottle that gives out one drip at a time when you squeeze it. I wouldn't want to try pouring from a bigger bottle, or the whole chicken might end up colored!

I used liquid foot coloring: turn the hen upside down, drip a bit in her vent. I've read numerous times here that the gel type work best, so I suggested it.
