(EMERGENCY )hen Chick tries to chirp but no sound comes out

I am sure that they are chirping. When i held the chick close to my ear,i heard really light chirps. The chirps i heard were not normal though. They were rash

Same has happened today with my 18 days old broiler chick. It is active as usual but its chirping is only audible when I bring it near my ear! Is it okay or do I need to cure it before something severe happens?
