Emergency - struggling to breathe

I know it is probably too late for any medical intervention, but I'm desperate. I went out to check on the chickens earlier today and I discovered one of my two year old hens was having balancing issues and seemed to be having difficulty breathing or maybe holding liquid down. I immediately brought her inside into a heated room and gave her something comfortable to lay on. I looked in her throat but didn't see any obvious obstruction. She has a history of crop issues, but nothing like this. Over the course of the evening, her condition has significantly worsened. She now can't stand at all and is gasping for air. Is there anything I can do to help her?
