Enrofloxacin dosage

I have a sick pullet who is in some respitory distress I have powdered 10% enrofloxacin on hand but she's not drinking much... anyone know how much I should mix her up if I give it to her orally by hand with syringe? Directions only tell me 1 tsp per gallon

10-15 mg/kg PO, SC, IM q12-24h or 50 mg/L drinking water

Or .05 ml per pound twice a day, not diluted use a syringe with no needle.
