Everyone on Facebook is stumped on weather this is a hen or rooster so, I’ve come here.

I purchased this “hen” off of Facebook once I got home I realized it may have sickle feathers but no saddle or hackle feathers, she IS missing half of her tail and was definitely getting picked on as its ‘sickle’ feather has chunks missing out of it, making it look pointy.

Ah, okay. Well so far I still say pullet.
Usually around 12 weeks old males start getting male specific feathering, so that's one reason I asked on age. If she/he is older than that it should be a pullet.
