That's a good-looking pullet. How much do they weigh when processed and at what age do you process them?

The ones I did were 16-18 week cockerels and they dressed over 4lbs each.

Nooooo. I'd have to be licensed even to sell on-farm, let alone ship carcasses.

Do you think this is a mixed roo?
I'd like something like this but with thick cornish legs.
Maybe one day I'll atempt it. But not likely lol
