Extra toe nails ?!?!

My ameraucana or Easter EE 8 week old pullet has extra toe nails! On each outter side of her feet higher up not a toe just nails…… what the heck do I do about this? Has anyone ever even heard of this before? Since Etsy bought from a place called Chaplin INN bed a breakfast in New York I don’t know what breed she actually is.
