Eye closed and lethargic 14 week old hen

Hello all. Please help me if you can. I have a flock of 9 hens. The 5 younger ones are mostly isolated from the 4 older ones. Poppy, the 14 week old, started to look a bit lethargic yesterday. This morning, she is keeping her right eye closed. I rinsed it out and gave her 0.5 ml of NutriDrench. I put her with her flock mates and noticed one of them pecking at her back to get her up while she was laying down. I put her in a cage with probiotic water and food. What do you think this could be? What could I try to cure her? Thank you!

Do you have photos of her and her poop?

I'd continue to work on hydration and give the PND. Check her over for any injuries.
