Hey guys! I need some help with figuring out what may have happened and what I need to do to help my hen:/ Unfortunately she has something going on with her eye and it just happened today. I don’t really know what is going on, but she seems to be active still and she isn’t showing signs of laboured breathing or any respiratory symptoms. Her other eye is normal as well. I did a warm compress on the eye and tried to see if there was any dirt in it, but it is just her eyelid because it won’t come out. I also put Terramycin on it and hopefully it is normal in a couple days. I don’t really know what happened but I’m thinking someone pecked her in the eye or maybe she got stuck in something ? I don’t have anything for her to get stuck in so that is why I think someone pecked her. Also there is no nasal discharge or anything else wrong with her.
