Failure to thrive?

I have a 2 week old lavender Orpington that is going down hill and I don’t know what else to do. She is probably failure or thrive at this point but I don’t want to give up if there is anything I can do. She is about half the size of the other 3 chicks her age. We are going on day 4 of her being lethargic and not really eating or drinking much. I noticed day one and was there with sugar water and egg yolks. Which I only did the sugar water the 2 days but have continued with egg yolk once or twice a day.
From talking with my cousin and her checking with a breeder she knows I treated her for sour crop (day 3 of Monistat later this morning) but haven’t seen much improvement.
No bloody poops but some do kinda look bright green. Most are a darker green color. There were some that were watery or mucusy also.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I have never heard of sour crop in a 2 week old. I would give her a balanced mushy wet chick starter fresh made twice a day. Probiotics and electrolytes would be good as well. Pouktry Cell or NutriDrench 2-3 drops daily would be very good.
