Feather-legged bantan

So my new batch if chicks is a mix but this bantam I can't figure out a breed despite hours googling all the hatchery sites. It looks similar to my OEGB as a chick but this one has feathered legs. Any guesses?

Also I strongly suspect it's a cockerel based on comb growth. I've been breeding and raising this breed for several years and I'm able to sex mine as early as 1 week.

Do you have a picture of a one week old male and female d’uccle? I would love to be able to somewhat accurately sex these guys from the feed store!

I do on my phone. I'll upload some later as well as pictures from them at about 2 weeks when difference is even greater. The comb is the big tell, though.
