First photo the hen has feather loss and breakage consistent with mating and/or picking. The feather shafts look to be intact in the skin and will not be replaced until she molts.I have 2 hens that have lost almost all their feathers on their neck back and wings. These areas are down to bare skin. It has been like this for about three months. What could be causing this

The first pic doesn't look like a moulting chicken. Others could be pecking at her, pulling her feathers out. In the second picture, as others have said, she looks like she just moulting.No, just laying hens
