Feathered enough for no heat?

These guys are 6 weeks old as of yesterday. They had been in my basement up until yesterday. I shut off their heat lamp a week ago and basement is around 60/65 degrees. They all did okay. This week the lowest at night is gonna fall to 39 degrees. Are they feathered enough that I don't need to worry about adding a heat lamp?
