Would you mind giving me some tips on making it flourish? It’s really not liking my area I think lol hoping this next spring I can help it more along than I have been .. it’s quite stick-y now than bush like

Sounds like pruning might help thicken it up. Here is a link that details pruning. Late winter or early spring is the best time. Good luck !
