Good Afternoon!
Can chickens eat fennel bulbs or just the fronds? Or both? Harvesting tons in my garden and if they can eat it I would love to share some with them.

I gave mine a fennel bulb once. They stared at it and let it sit. The strong taste may turn them off.

Generally, chickens will eat most any green tops. Just give them some and see what their reaction is.

yeah I don't think anything that is out of your garden can really hurt them. usually chickens or any animals will know what's good for them and what isn't. so if they don't eat it then I remove it after a few hours. I normally take my clues from the birds...my birds usually won't turn down anything down from the garden.
