I’ve been a lurker for over a year and have finally joined in on the fun. Everyone here is so kind to share their knowledge and love of chickens!

(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens? I have had them for a year with five little pullets to add to my tiny flock of two!

(2) How many chickens do you have right now? Two

(3) What breeds do you have?
Barred rock, blue Wyandotte, Delaware, two salmon Faverolles and two Black Australorps

(4) How did you find out about BackYardChickens.com? Google

(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
I am a jeweler and even make chicken-themed pieces!

(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.

I live in a Denver,CO suburb, have a miniature pinscher who lets the hens boss her around, a three-month-old granddaughter, 3 adult children and a wonderful hubby of 32 years!

(7) Bonus: How did you find BYC, how long have you known about BYC, and what made you finally join our awesome community. I have known about BYC for about a year now and decided I wanted to be where all the fun is
