First Time Hatching Issues - Navel, Feet, Neck

How are the feet?
Those can be splinted for correction if done early.

Sadly the one with the foot issues did not survive.

I hear ya. It was a brand new incubator. However if I put a hygrometer separate it is a 20% humidity difference. ‍ Temp is set per manufacturer to allow the temp to be 99-100.

Unfortunately, even brand new they can be inaccurate. I used a buddies incubator for them once, they had tried a couple times and got only one or two chicks. I tested, of course, and found the temp was off by like 8°F!

Chicks with external deformations often have internal ones too.

What brand and model incubator? Did you run it for a week prior to setting?
