Flea thoughts

Currently dealing with a stick tight flea problem. For the chickens I'm considering DE and elector psp. I understand de on the floor of the coop may also help (dirt floor). Plan to also spray the coop with bifen.

What else can I do to the chickens themselves and the coop? Maybe something cheaper than elector psp with no egg withdrawals?
Though I'm not thrilled to do it Im probably gonna have to spray the yard 1.5-2acres. what would be good to spray the yard with for the fleas? Chickens free range.
