Gapeworm, Safegard paste
Where are you located in the world?
Gapeworm is not that common. Do you have confirmation from a vet about the Gapeworm?

What symptoms do you see? Could the symptoms be something else like respiratory illness, stridor, crop problems, etc.?

Anyway, if you feel worms are the problem and want to treat for Gapeworm, dose for Safeguard Paste (or liquid) is 0.23ml per pound of weight given orally once a day for 5 days in a row.

Does you flock have worms?

Flubendazole would be harder to source if you are in the U.S.

For most worms that poultry have, you can use Fenbendazole (Safeguard/Panacur) or Albendazole (Valbazen). If you are trying to treat Tapeworm, then Praziquantel would be what you need.

Do you have a bird that has Gapeworm? What are the symptoms?

Safeguard (Fenbendazole) or Valbazen (Albendazole).

To treat most worms that poultry can have except for Tapeworm - Safeguard dose is 0.23ml per pound of weight given orally once a day for 5 days in a row.

Valbazen dose is 0.08ml per pound of weight given orally once, then repeated in 10 days.

It's coming up on a year since your response, but I'm hoping you can tell me if that dose would be specific to gapeworm eradication or if it is simply the quantity of fenbedazole paste a chicken should have, per each worm infestation occurrence.

The dose and duration will treat most worms that poultry can have except for Tapeworm, so it will treat Gapeworm.

Clarify "per each worm infestation occurrence"?
If possible, taking a sample of poop to your vet for a fecal float is the best way to know if you need to treat for worms or not. Sometimes vet access is not possible.
