Folded toe on 3 Week Quail Chick, Should I Splint?

Little Delta's back toe is folded to the side. No splay leg or other curled toes. Should I attempt to splint and straighten it out?
I can nudge it straight and it doesn't seem to hurt the small one, so I don't think it is set in that position.

Usually splinting crooked toes is best done when a day or two old. If splinting is effective, it only takes several days to use it. If her toe can be put into normal position without pain or forcing it, it could work.
