If this was your forecast and your chicks were six weeks old, what day would you put them out? I always feel like I’m overprotective. 🤣

Yes. I would have put them out weeks ago. How many do you have and what is the setup like that they will be moving into? Sometimes it’s good to give them a huddle box to snuggle in. They might also use a nesting box for that purpose if it’s low enough but I always think that’s a bad habit to get them into

We have 10 chicks
 
I think they will be totally fine. You can put them out in the run during the day for a few hours at a time if you’re really worried. You will probably have to put them into the coop manually for a few nights because they don’t have a hen to teach them that so you’re the hen lol
