Fowl Pox?

Recently went away for 9 days. Normal housesitter. Right before this we took our Sweetgrass flock from 13 down to 4. Came home and noticed one girl wouldn't put weight on her leg and another had fowl pox already crusting over. Third hen and tom were fine. Put the injured hen into quarantine with vitamins in water and brewer's yeast in food. The healthy hen now has signs of fowl pox and is pecking a hole in her own foot. I'm not sure what to do with her foot besides Blue Kote (I know it's not ideal), if they need anything else for pox, or what else to do for the hen's leg. I checked for bumble, extended both legs, and checked for pelvic issues. Her foot seems a bit tender to touch, but no signs of issues. Help?

I have a couple that pick at their feet. Not sure why they do it though. Maybe mites? Can you wrap both feet?
Did Ivermectin 30 minutes ago and Vaseline on the legs 5 minutes ago. The limping hen is already putting weight back on her leg. All three hens are eating. We're throwing DE down, and we'll Elector PSP the entire pen and clean the area tomorrow. Poor girls. Got through their heavy brooding and molt to get to this.
