This was 6 years ago and I took her. I had a friend who had a lone Pekin hen later on and she became a companion duck and a litte girls pet. Somewhere I have a picture of her on her first Christmas wearing a knitted scarf. Ill see if I can find it. I don't know if she's still around or not. The funny thing about her is that she never warmed up to me but when I dropped her off before I left the little girl was already toting her around and she looked happy about it. I used to accept ducks that needed a place but since the bird flu, I keep pretty much a closed flock.
