42 Freedom Rangers, first 2 forty pound bags were starter grower, lasted 3 weeks to when I put them outside. 5 1/2 weeks now and have gone four almost five 50 pound bags of 22%. Is it OK to leave them on 22% or should I change to 20% or even 18%? I really think I can see growth one day too the next.

No opinion on most of your ideas, but if you start to see "angel wing", I'd reduce your feed protein percentage. I've been raising FR New Hampshires and White Rangers, and kept them on 23-24% meatbird feed after the first week or so on 20% and started having wing deformities similar to angel wing in ducks. Switched back to 20%, and some of them seemed to improve (not go away but decrease in severity) after a few weeks. There's a thread on here where I talk about it if you're interested. Don't know if this is an issue with Freedom Rangers or not.
