French Black Copper Maran 4 weeks

This chick is about 4 weeks old, she is similar size to the other chicks her age. Her legs are slightly thicker than my olive egger but not by much. She is very timid, acts like a hen. Feathered in at the same pace as my other chicks and grew tail feathers very quickly. The comb/wattles are obviously leaning more toward cockerel, especially with the pink color. Some copper coming in on the neck/wings. Any possibility this is a hen? Not sure if it's too early to check feathers but I don't see any pointy ones yet. Thanks in advance!

Darn, can't have roosters in our area otherwise I'd keep him. The comb started coming in at about 10 days old so I figured cockerel but tried to convince myself there was a chance of a pullet

You should have too much trouble finding a home for him. People could use a BCM rooster to make Olive Eggers with a blue egg laying hen.
