French Blue Copper Marans

this is one of my favorite types of Marans, because they are so rare and unique. I order my hen from MyPetChivken.com, and I am well ease with her. She gives me a huge Chocolate brown egg, and is so very friendly . Does anyone know if she will do ok with my frizzle Roos?

Hello there and welcome to BYC!

As long as there is not a huge difference in size, I can't imagine why she might not get along or visa versa. If you have too many roos however, they can mate her to death. So be careful with this. The proper ratio of rooster to hen is 1 to 8 to 10.

She probably will be ok since she is the maran. If you were adding a frizzle to a flock of marans, that is when things would get ugly.
