I just found this thread. I only have one frizzle right now. She is a bantam cochin. As far as frizzles rarely winning at shows, she must be the exception. She won best of breed and best of variety this spring in Sedalia. Of course she didn't win any top honors, but I was thrilled!

Meet Zoey! She/He is our bantam fizzle, silkie. Dont mind the crooked beak, she still gets around and eats the most! The biggest out of our three bantams thusfar! We have been told trimming her beak can also help her, she is very loving. We had a cochin rooster around her for a few weeks and she copied the crow here and there. We are hoping she is going to stay a she and not a he!
