The tomato paste is an easy one because it sticks to the parchment without running. Fruit purée is easy too, I like to dry and add it to smoothies made with mesophilic yogurt. It gives good flavor but doesn’t add extra liquid. Mesophilic yogurt is made at room temp and is more liquid than other yogurts.I never would have thought you could dehydrate tomato paste, how interesting.

Yes I do. Cultures for Health has Piima yogurt which is made in a jar on your counter. So easy, just mix and let it sit a while until it’s as thick and tart as you want it. If mixing with ice I make juice ice cubes. A little orange juice concentrate, some homemade vanilla, and half a frozen bananaDo you make that yogurt yourself? I've never heard of it.
