Gasping for air!?!

Help. My poor 18 week old hen is gasping for air. No sounds. She's not been acting herself for a few days, very calm and not eating as much. I'm wondering about sour crop? Her crop is large and squishy, she also spit up some discharge. I'm so worried for her. Any help is appreciated.

Was the crop large and squishy early this am before eating or drinking? What is her diet? Do you provide granite poultry grit free choice? Have you looked into her beak and throat for anything that shouldn’t be there, such as yellow gunk/canker or mucus? Have you added new birds in the last couple of weeks, or had a respiratory disease in the flock before? What does her poop look like?
