Gender [Japanese Quail]

I have two Japanese quail, Unsure of age and gender.

Are you able to identify with these pictures?

I believe one is male and one is female, I'm however very unsure. I have heard one crow early in the morning. Or both..

Actually I think both of them are males.. ;/

The Brown is definitely a male. White birds cannot be visually sexed. If it crows, it's a male, or you can vent sex.

Brown ones a male. The white birds can only be sexed by beer sexing. Which is quite fun to do.

Grab a beer and a chair and sit down watching them until you see them crow, lay an egg or mate another one. Think I ended up googling it when I first saw people talking about it ^^ Personally, I would leave out the beer though, I think it tastes horrible

Yep, They were both males

I purchased 4 more quail, and upgraded their enclosure to 1.8 Meters (L) x .80 - 1 Meters (W) x .80 - 1 Meters(H) approximately.

First time I introduced the girls they were fighting each other but they both have seem to calm down now.
