You could take a look at this advice that @R2elk left in an older thread on sexing turkeys. He linked a couple of posts that might be helpful. I know the males will weigh more and have longer beards and balder heads, but it has always taken me a long time to sex them.

I hope you will keep us updated with their progress! If you have any poult pictures to share, we'd love to see them!
