I guess Partridge, Duckwing, and Wheaten can have the same phenotype in certain patterns?
They vary, & especially the Partridge, & Duckwing.
Pure Duckwing. This is from a different breeding project that includes American Gamefowl as the base.

What happened to the whole Partridge subject?
I think we went down this path:
I don't think the pullet on the beam is the mother because she might be wheaten based and the chicks obviously aren't. Her color resembles that of Cornish which are wheaten-based.
And we've now established that we don't actually know for sure if all Dark Cornish are wheaten based, or if just some of them are, so we're probably back at "don't know" about the chick too.

Rather a roundabout way of going nowhere...
