We got about 4 gallons of shelled peas. I'm taking a break to eat a bite of lunch then going to get them into freezer bags. I'll let you know how many bags I get when they are done.

Wow! Im just guessing you will get around 40 bags . I bet your fingers are sore. Mine would be.
I need to go fix some food too. I cant seem to stay awake long enough to get anything done.

16 pint bags of zipper cream peas plus what we ate for lunch. I did 4 quarts of tomatoes in the canner and 3 pints of green beans in the freezer. There will be a lot more peas to pick later.

Absolutely in a field for chickens to run on and maybe a patch for me to make some dandelion wine out of. Should be highly medicinal.

My chickens wouldn't eat dandelions. None. And it's a problem here. I poison them now.
