Granny's gone and done it again

Sounds like a kidney stone
My back doesn't hurt , no flank pain. I've had a LOT of stones
Apparently constipation can cause bladder cramps. So can too much caffeine. UTI. Diabetes. Stress. You need to get straightened out. 🙁
All of the above? Last time I had them I had an UTI but as many times as Ive had cramps that was the first time I also had UTI.

Yes, any of those can cause bladder spasms. You have all of those, so ... take your pick. Correct as many of them as you can and you may be able to resolve your pain.

The single best thing you can do for ALL of those, is ... DRINK WATER.
If you do take pain medication, ibuprofen is better for kidney stones then acetaminophen. Ibuprofen fights inflammation, swelling goes down and stone can pass. It doesn't always hurt at the same place, depends where the stone is stuck. IF it's a stone. But I agree , water is the best thing, with a little fresh lemon juice to dissolve the sludge.
But whatever is hurting you, I hope it goes away soon

I am on strong PPs already

Robert buys Ice mountain water. I don't like that either.
You're so used to drinking coffee, it will probably take some self-discipline and determination to cultivate a taste for water. But if you tell yourself it will help get rid of much of the pain you are suffering, maybe you could choke down a bottle a day.
