Blue's back! Yay! Been worried about you girl and lifting you up with prayer. Hang in there. You are Missouri tough.Very pretty!
Still having tummy issues.
@microchick, sorry about your run-in with the bucket. Sounds very painful!
GC going to The Kid's school by herself tomorrow, I'm just not up for it. I'll be puppy-sitting. He (the Kid, not the puppy, lol!) can help drive back.
@ShrekDawg, maybe a check cord on your Brewster would keep him under control after a bath? At least until he dries!
Happy anniversary, Granny!
You've got everything lined up. You didn't just decide this today!I buy rough sawn an kiln dried. I do the milling to make glue ready pieces. I have a supplier not far far from here that has several species that I like to work with.
Oh gosh!!! I’m sure he’d have a blast but I don’t feel like having him turn my sheets and blankets brownDon't ruin his fun! You have no idea how good it feels in the dirt/mud!
I do! I still have memories of getting my butt warmed up for splashing in a mud puddle after a rain when I was little....5 little girls in a row! Somehow I still remember holding my dress above my undies so my dress doesn't get muddy... And Mom still warmed me up.
I never did it again. But I remember is 5 little girls throwing mud pies against a white barn. That time we got caught by Dad. I was the littlest one.
No it was planned before Covid hit while we were still in TN...You've got everything lined up. You didn't just decide this today!
Just hope Brer Rat doesn't have a Sis, Mum, Pop and cousins to! If I get a visitor they usually send a party alert via social mediaBlue's back! Yay! Been worried about you girl and lifting you up with prayer. Hang in there. You are Missouri tough.
I woke up this morning whimpering and DH asking me if I was okay. Nope. Had rolled over in my sleep and my shoulder wasn't happy. Same shoulder I fell on was the one I have tendonitis with and an injured rotator cuff muscle. Imagine I set my healing back a few weeks. Got up, loaded up on acetaminophen and faced the day! Things loosened up enough that I went out and discovered brer rat I've been fighting with for possession of the coop had taken the two chunks of bait I put out last night so I Went to work sinking some scrap metal around the areas where it had been tunneling.
They are calling for heavy rain here over the next 48 hours. We need rain, but not all at once. We still haven't gotten any gravel down where they worked laying a drain tube at the base of our driveway. Took us 4 years to get the culvert put in....lord I hope it doesn't take that long to get gravel...
I didn't know that but I know that's are smart. If you start killing them it's hard to get the rest and sometimes they will move to the neighborsI read somewhere that mice wont stay where there is a rat around. IDK if its true
