Granny's gone and done it again

I wonder if a ground turkey meatloaf would be any good. 🤔
It probably would be good but it will be very lean. you will need to add the egg and season it well. My usual meat loaf is 1 to 2 pounds of ground beef, chopped onion, chopped celery, garlic powder, salt, pepper and either oatmeal or Panko bread crumbs mixed together. Cover the top with catsup. Cook until it is medium well done but let it sit in the pan for a few minutes to continue cooking.

Sounds good, Iris, but GC can't have beef any more. Or any mammalian meat. Your seasonings sound good though, and I usually use Italian seasoned bread or Panko crumbs.

It's always a good 10° cooler downstairs in our bedroom than in the living room, year round. Probably 62 or colder in there now. Last night it was 58! DH goes down there before me and turns on the space heater. I'm sure glad to have my electric blanky and electric mattress pad!

I hate getting in a cold bed. Mainly because I sleep in my bday suit!

Y'all have a great evening cooking and baking and you might have found a new hobby for Granny. I'm off for a date with my pillow. It's 62° here inside our place and that electric blanket is calling my name again.
Gnight Larry, sleep well. I think we lost the Mrs.s as well. Gnight Iris!
