Not real Oxen but Symbolic of when the Hebrews had oxen and could not plow on Saturday but if the Ox got stuck in a ditch they were allowed to get it out..... Now I am seriously tinkering with the idea of a nap. Overall I slept pretty good last night but woke up a few times I didn't need to.

I'm going to take a nap as soon as lunch is over. We picked green edible podded peas yesterday evening so Ma is making us a stir fry for lunch with them, onion, carrots, and cabbage.

I have been following people that do eat salt you really need a lot when you are keto. I have made the salt water I will try it next time. I do love olives. I know dill pickles work also. Need to buy some more.
