Granny's gone and done it again

No taxis in my hood. Shoot, not even a hood in my hood.

Insurance is brand new to me.

I don't think ANY of us girls played with dolls.
I have so much fun combing the puppies... I would watch longingly as my sister's combed their Dolls. By the time they were passed down to me, they had no hair left. I was the fifth girl.

You gotta quit braggin about that Muscadine jelly unless you wanna start taking orders for it. I'll bid $10 for a quart jar and pay for the shipping ... :drool if that's too low tell me how big a jar $10 will get me ....
She made it in pints. I'm about to empty the first pint. Now she has some made with Splenda. I'm going to try that next. The same recipe when made with Splenda instead of sugar didn't make near as much which tells me when made with sugar you are eating a lot sugar and less fruit than with Spenda.

We are going Saturday hopefully to get some Paulk muscadines to make jelly with. They are a relatively new variety released by the University of GA that are a late ripening muscadine. Very large fruit with edible skin. I have 3 of those plants on order along with 3 Lane muscadines. 6 vines that produce 60+ lbs a year. I think she might actually have a jelly business in about 3 years.

This pic was on Facebook from supposedly a shelter in Thailand. How can you tell when things on Facebook are AI produced?

Yes, you generally use about 6 cups of fruit and six cups of sugar.

Banana bread. Reminds me that I have bananas in the freezer that need to be turned into bread. Maybe tomorrow. It's finally cool enough here to think about running the oven again and DH was hoping for a cake today that I didn't get done. Maybe Banana Bread will suffice. Without nuts, dang it. I'm allergic to tree nuts which just seems like cruel and inhuman punishment since we have a timber wild Black Walnuts and Hickory nuts all around us.

Plus my gastroenterologist warned me that if I ate nuts I could count on a trip to the ER thanks to the diverticular disease I have. Sometimes I think it might be worth the risk....sometimes.
