Granny's gone and done it again

I get a lot of good coping skills by listening to dr Laura on the radio.

Hmm, never heard of her. I like things in written form so I don't get cranky with a talker who takes time to get to the point. lol
But I'm glad you have something you like... if any points stand out to you, maybe share them with us?

I'm on a low stress management system... implemented by me, lol. I can't deal with adrenaline and other stress hormones very well so I do everything I can to avoid it. That means not talking on the phone, visiting people, or letting anyone come knock on my door. I also try really hard to ignore time and not make any commitments. They asked me to do a member interview and I was fine until they said "within two weeks" and now I can't edit the thing without feeling all panicy. That was two months ago. I said sorry, they said it was okay. But I still feel stressed it's not done.

That's a cool corn field. We tried to grow some and as soon as the ears started forming the ants stampeded up the stalks and gobbled it all... then we had massive ant mounds to battle around the plot. 😯
Thanks sour rose. I have had some really bad drs in the past also, psychiatrist also

Do you listen to podcasts? She has a call in show. She isn’t everyone s cup of tea because she is so direct in her advice.

Here is her website. I listen to the call in show on Sirius xm in my car.

Ask a moderator to edit for you. You sound a lot like me. I try to live lmy life stress free but sometime that doesn’t work out. I am 67 now so I try to rest when needed.

No, I can't listen to those, I get too cranky that they babble for so long. Not youtube videos either. Ok, I can watch ChrisFix working on cars, but he gets to the point very quickly and very rarely does he just talk to the camera. I read my news and such because of the widespread babbling problem. Instead when I write I babble then, and don't mind reading others lengthy efforts, lol.
But thank you for thinking of me! Very sweet <3

The problem is I wrote so much. It could be a Novella... not very exciting one, but the same length. I don't know which parts to pick to keep, oops.
