I always teach my dogs the command "out" so when they start making that retching noise I tell them OUT and run to open doors for them, and usually they make it outside in time. They don't make it through the dog doors though, I have to open doors for them.

I'm back up ready for meds. Drifted off to sleep once but my phone alarm was set for med time so I don't miss.. After starting to take the prescribed amounts of meds I can function better physically at the expense of needing more sleep.

Is it finally morning time?

Yes it is morning time again. I've done the essential chores outside and can jabber for a bit. Once I went back to bed to stay I slept right on through the night and if felt so good.

It’s morning here. A couple hours ago I was alerted by the chickens that there’s a hawk out there. Looked out and there was one sitting on the wash line post, the chickens were all under cover so he didn’t get any.

I practice my hawk alarm call and it actually worked. The all ran for cover when I did it. I don't want to do it now unless I do see the the hawk return. It's been awhile sense he's been here. I've ran him off a time or two just dry firing the pellet gun. It makes a lot of noise just firing the compressed air.
