I'm sitting at the Farmers mkt. Stand while DH went to a new rheumatologist. They took lots X-rays and labs. Next its to dentist before infusion (osteoporosis). The last rheumatologist didn't explain things to DH like I felt he should. DH got liquid D until he was on Medicare then he needed a preauth. I was on 3-way phone for hours with insurance & Drs office& they refused to give a preauth to the insurance company. The most frustrating things was, Dr gave a preauth before he was on Medicare.Primary Dr gave a preauth & he got a new rheum. I wonder if there Dr even knew what the nurses were doing. I felt like they blocked us from connecting to him. Even the patient portal gets answered by his staff
