Went to pick up a prescription and did a little grocery shopping. Ribeye steak was 18 dollars a pound. Who's paying these prices to keep them encouraged enough to keep charging them. Not me.

I can remember my mom making chitlins from cow stomach. No, I do not know where she got a cow stomach from nor did I want to know and NO I did not eat them.

Didn't eat the pickled tripe she made for my father either that came from the same cow stomach.

Growing up in a multi cultural family was at least interesting.

up here they do that with a pigs head to make "headcheese" which if it's done right is wonderful.
